Final mixing is in progress on the much anticipated full length studio release of the legendary CHEMIKILL. It has been over a year in the making with original members flying in from around the country to record their first studio release in 20 years.
In 1987 the music world was a very different place. Hair bands dominated the airwaves while real metal ruled the underground. The last thing the world needed was another metal band but thats exactly what happened.
Formed by drummer Mike Seleman and vocalist Fred Flory they sought to take the world by storm. Recruiting guitarist Tim Piispanen and bassist Calvin Burgess to complete the line-up and rehearsing only 2 miles from a nuclear power plant, Chemikill was born.
Mixing speed with ominous melody and a dark twist Chemikill forged its sound with searing vocals, catchy guitar riffs, and thundering drums. Songs like Edge of Wasteland, Wake before the Dawn, and Deadline defined their unique sound and won over fans around the world.
